Free trial
Download MeetScribe — first 5 meetings free.
Download it below, unzip it, and it runs on your own computer, offline. Your first 5 meetings are free — record, transcribe, or import them and see your own action items. When you want the limit off, a license key is $29, one time.
MeetScribe v1.3.0 — the full app: recording, transcription, import, the commitments register, search and export.
After you unzip it
Keep the unzipped folder somewhere you'll keep it — that folder is the app. The README inside it walks you through everything: what you need (Python 3.10 or newer, free from python.org), trying the sample meetings, and the point-and-click view.
When you want the limit off, buy a license key — $29, one time. Your key is emailed to the address you pay with, along with the app file, so everything you need lands in one email. Pro, which adds automatic Fathom sync, is $9 a month — same deal, key and file by email.
